Angela is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the FICANEX business and managing key relationships with its stakeholders. She has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and is committed to delivering exceptional service to FICANEX’s customers and partners.
Rob Winn, Director of Sales and Business Development
Rob is dedicated to expanding, overseeing, and enhancing client partnerships throughout Canada while striving for continued success of THE EXCHANGE® Network. With nearly two decades of expertise in cultivating connections within the technology sector, he leads the daily Sales and Marketing activities at FICANEX. Rob is passionate about providing exceptional white-glove service to our current clients and is eager to collaborate with new Financial Institutions across the country.
Iryna Sorochynska, Senior Business Operations Associate
Iryna is responsible for supporting the Operations Team with day-to-day business functions, including network operations, customer support, marketing and accounting. She has over ten years of financial services experience and has graduated from York University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
Hannah Nikita Tupaz, Business Operations Associate
Hannah is responsible for supporting the daily operations of THE EXCHANGE Network and ensuring its continued success. Hannah also reviews and analyzes transaction performance and connects it with relevant industry trends and insights. Hannah holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University with a specialization in Accounting and Economics.
Musonda Yamfwa, Project Manager
Musonda is responsible for managing end-to-end project implementations for FICANEX clients within the tunl. Platform. Musonda has over five years of experience working in the credit union system and project management experience. She has a Master’s degree in Management of Co-operatives and Credit Unions from Saint Mary’s University and a Certificate in Financial Technology from University of Toronto.
