12 months.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>EXCHANGE Network Marketing Creative<\/h3>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" class=\"TextJustufy\">\n<p>Our team has worked very hard to design and implement refreshed creative materials for THE EXCHANGE Network, which have been broadcast nationally to our member financial institutions. This new creative suite comprises five key cardholder-focused messages with strong supporting visuals, available in a variety of print-ready and digital formats. We have received great feedback from numerous member financial institutions along with many requests for the new materials. The open files, which can be customized to match your own FI branding, can be downloaded directly from our new FI Portal on the FICANEX website.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"TextJustufy\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ficanex.ca\/Ficanex\/media\/Ficanex\/Newsletter%20-%20Feb%202019\/Free-Access-to-Your-Money-1280x240.jpg\" alt=\"Spend Money\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/ficanex.ca\/Ficanex\/media\/Ficanex\/Newsletter%20-%20Feb%202019\/FI-Portal.png\" alt=\"Spend Money\" width=\"200\" height=\"215\" \/><\/div>\n<h3>New FI Portal<\/h3>\n<div class=\"TextJustufy\">\n<p>We are thrilled to have launched a brand new advanced FI Portal for all financial institutions that participate in THE EXCHANGE Network! The new portal gives our member FIs easy access to vital information and tools, including marketing materials, route and transit listings, and ATM information. It has been a busy yet very successful process assisting everyone with this transition. We appreciate everyone\u2019s feedback and support in this journey to make the FI Portal as user-friendly as possible.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>New Operating Rules<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>FICANEX Services, in partnership with the Network Operating Rules Committee, completed a thorough update to the Canadian Exchange Network Operating Rules in September 2018. Version 8.0 of the Operating Rules includes accommodations for envelope-free deposits, credit card acceptance, and adjustments to the notification limits on cash deposits. After receiving feedback from some members, the rules were further updated in November to include acceptance of business deposits on the Network.
