Michael is responsible for managing our trusted professional relationships with financial institutions across Canada. Michael has over 25 years of experience in the Canadian financial services marketplace and brings passion, expertise and integrity in collaborating with current and potential clients.
Tarak Saha, Chief Operating Officer
Tarak is responsible for the business operations of the organization, as well as working alongside the CEO to transform the business and expand into new payment arenas. Tarak has an extensive background in financial services and is integral in evaluating future opportunities for the business.
Andrea Pain, Strategic Relationship Executive
Andrea is responsible for building out business solutions for our financial institution clients. Andrea’s background includes over 25 years of experience in sales and relationship management, working with financial institutions and major retailers in the ATM, POS and switching services space.
Megan Brab, Director of Product & Strategy
Megan is responsible for assisting in the successful operations of the business and is a key contact for our member financial institutions. In addition, Megan is involved in marketing initiatives, financial modelling, strategy and research. Megan is a BBA graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University.
Liselle Ramcharan-Briscoe, Integration Manager
Liselle is responsible for the planning and implementation of projects as they relate to the integration of fintechs in the Canadian payments space. Liselle has over twenty years of experience in information technology and project management, at the business, technical and consultative levels in various functional areas such as Insurance, Finance, Retail, Media and Telecommunications. She is a certified PMP and graduated from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine with an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and a Master’s degree in Digital Systems.
Paul Rooks, Senior Solutions Architect
Paul Rooks is a seasoned software architect with over three decades of experience in software development across financial networking and transaction switching. Paul offers strengths across the full software development life cycle (SDLC) from understanding end-user requirements through to system design, development, and implementation. Paul is perceptive, innovative, and has a talent for leveraging new technologies to enhance and drive business performance.
Catherine Nguyen, Business Operations Manager
Catherine is responsible for daily operational tasks and leads part of the operational transformation to drive efficiency in the organization. Catherine actively researches relevant industry articles and monitors emerging companies in the fintech space. Catherine graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree, specializing in Supply Chain Management and Operations.
George Pavle, Sales & Marketing Associate
George is responsible for helping drive the success of THE EXCHANGE Network and our tunl. platform for fintech digital services integration. He is involved in various initiatives that facilitate the sales & marketing efforts of the organization. George holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Ryerson University, with a major in Global Management Studies.
Vishal Dave, Business Systems Analyst
Vishal is responsible for supporting the test and production environments for the tunl. platform. As a part of this responsibility, he supports Financial Institutions during the various test phases required when they adopt our fintech services. He contributes to the visual-modelling, reporting and the documentation required in providing these digital solutions. Vishal has 10+ years of experience in the payments space holding various roles in business and technology divisions with American banks prior to joining FICANEX. He is ITIL certified, and has a bachelors degree and post-graduate diploma in management.
Iryna Sorochynska, Network Operations Analyst
Iryna is responsible for supporting the Operations Team with day-to-day business functions, including network operations, customer support, marketing and accounting. She has over ten years of financial services experience and has graduated from York University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
Riti Nagi, Compliance & Payments Specialist
Riti is responsible for ensuring that Ficanex meets all regulatory requirements, as applicable, and formulates and executes internal and external policies relevant to best business practices. Riti is also responsible for staying informed on emerging global industry trends and the potential impacts to the company and our financial institutions. Riti is a B.Sc. graduate from McMaster University and has nearly a decade of experience in financial services across wealth and portfolio management.
Amandha Narangoda, Business Operations Analyst
Amandha is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the services offered on the tunl. platform and ensuring its continued success. Amandha also reviews and analyzes transaction performance for the Network and connects it with relevant industry trends and insights. Amandha has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University with a specialization in Marketing and Operations.
In Memoriam - Daisy, Director of Greetings (DOG)
Daisy, joined the team at FICANEX Services when we moved our corporate head office to Oakville, Ontario in July 2015. Daisy brought love and passion to her role and when she was not attending in-office meetings or greeting office guests, Daisy could always be found napping under her fellow co-workers' desks.
